What areas do you serve?
Drop-off and Pick-up locations must be within the Greater New Orleans Metro Area. Send us a message if you are unsure if we service your neighborhood.
***There may be an additional charge for delivery/pick-up is outside our usual area of delivery.
Rentals & pricing
How long is the rental period?
All rentals are 1 week flat. We deliver before your move date and pick up from your new address once you're settled. Need more time? Just text us.
What's included in every package?
Every package includes your bins and one bin dolly, free delivery, and free pickup. A hand dolly, moving blankets, and packing paper are available as add-ons.
Can I get more bins than what's in a package?
Shoot us a message and we'll work out a
custom quote based on availability.
When do I pay?
You don't pay when you submit your request. We'll confirm availability first, then send you a secure payment link via email within 24 hours.
Delivery & pickup
Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?
For delivery, yes. For pickup, we can arrange contactless collection if you leave the bins accessible at your new address.
Can you pick up from a different address than delivery?
Yes — that's actually the whole point. We deliver to your old place and pick up from your new one.
Damage & returns
What if a bin is lost or damaged?
Lost bins are charged at $15 each. Damaged bins are charged at $10 each. We photograph condition at delivery, so everything is transparent and fair.
Are the bins clean?
Every bin is sanitized between rentals. In New Orleans humidity, mold and odor can be a real issue with cardboard — our plastic bins are wiped down and disinfected before every delivery.
Cancellations
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your delivery date at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a $25 fee.
