Please read these terms carefully before placing a rental order. By submitting a rental request to BinGo, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BinGo is a reusable moving bin rental service operating in the Greater New Orleans area.
§ 01

The Rental Agreement

These Terms govern all rental transactions between BinGo and Customer for reusable plastic moving bins and any associated equipment (collectively, "Equipment"). The agreement is formed when BinGo confirms your rental request via email.

BinGo reserves the right to accept or decline any rental request at its sole discretion.

§ 02

Rental Period & Extensions

The standard rental period begins on the agreed delivery or pickup date and ends on the confirmed return date stated in your rental confirmation email.

  • The standard rental period is 14 days. Additional rental periods may be arranged in 14-day increments.
  • Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date by emailing hello@bin-go.net.
  • Equipment returned after the agreed return date without a confirmed extension will incur a late fee of $1.00 per bin per day until all Equipment is returned.
  • If Equipment is not returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, Customer will be charged a buyout fee of $15.00 per bin. At that point ownership of the bins transfers to Customer and no further return is required or accepted.
Important

Late fees of $1.00 per bin per day are automatically charged to the credit card on file starting on day 15. BinGo will notify Customer by email when a late charge is applied. At 30 days, a $15.00 per bin buyout fee is charged and the bins become Customer's property.

§ 03

Payment & Credit Card Authorization

BinGo operates on a request-first model. Payment is due upon rental confirmation or at the time of delivery, as communicated in your confirmation email.

  • Customer authorizes BinGo to securely store a valid credit or debit card ("Card on File") for the duration of the rental period and for up to 30 days following Equipment return.
  • Customer authorizes BinGo to charge the Card on File for: rental fees, applicable late fees, replacement fees for lost or damaged Equipment, and any other charges arising under these Terms.
  • BinGo will provide written notice (email) before charging any fee beyond the originally quoted rental amount, except for late fees triggered by overdue Equipment.
  • Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid card on file for the duration of their rental. Failure to do so does not relieve Customer of financial obligations.
§ 04

Equipment Condition & Customer Responsibilities

Equipment is delivered in clean, functional condition. Customer agrees to:

  • Use Equipment only for its intended purpose — packing and transporting personal household or business goods.
  • Not expose Equipment to hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids, food waste, or biological material.
  • Not sublet, lend, or transfer Equipment to any third party.
  • Return Equipment in substantially the same condition as received, allowing for normal use.
  • Ensure Equipment is accessible for pickup at the agreed return location and time.

Customer accepts responsibility for all Equipment from the time of delivery until the time of confirmed return pickup by BinGo.

§ 05

Damaged, Lost & Stolen Equipment

BinGo will inspect returned Equipment. Charges apply as follows:

Broken lid, cracked body, structural damage $10.00 per bin
Bin not returned (lost or unaccounted for) $15.00 per bin
Bin reported stolen (with police report) Waived (see theft policy)
Bin contaminated / biohazard cleanup required $15.00 replacement + $10.00 cleaning fee per bin
Not returned by day 30 (buyout) $15.00 per bin — ownership transfers to Customer
Theft Policy

In the event of theft, Customer must file a police report and provide BinGo with the report number within 72 hours. BinGo will review theft claims on a case-by-case basis. Customer remains liable for replacement costs until a police report is received and verified.

All damage and replacement charges will be assessed within 5 business days of Equipment return and charged to the Card on File with email notice to Customer.

§ 06

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery: No charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery: $10.00 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (Customer unavailable at delivery): $15.00 redelivery fee applies to reschedule.

BinGo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any delivery due to weather, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee applies to Customer.

§ 07

Delivery & Pickup

BinGo provides delivery and pickup within the New Orleans metro service area. Delivery windows will be communicated via email confirmation.

  • Customer must ensure an adult (18+) is present at delivery and return, or make alternate arrangements confirmed in writing with BinGo.
  • Equipment left unattended at Customer's request is at Customer's sole risk.
  • BinGo is not responsible for Equipment once confirmed returned and accepted by our team.
§ 08

Limitation of Liability

BinGo's bins are designed for moving household and commercial goods. BinGo is not liable for:

  • Damage to items packed inside bins due to improper packing by Customer.
  • Loss of items packed inside bins.
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events outside BinGo's reasonable control.

In no event shall BinGo's total liability to Customer exceed the total rental fees paid by Customer for the applicable rental period.

§ 09

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

BinGo and Customer agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by email before initiating formal proceedings.

§ 10

Modifications to These Terms

BinGo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at bin-go.net and emailed to active customers. Continued use of BinGo services after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Customer Acknowledgment

Agreement & Signature

By agreeing to the above, Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to BinGo's Terms of Service, including authorization for BinGo to charge the credit card on file for applicable fees.

Payment Authorization

By agreeing to the above, Customer also authorizes BinGo to charge the credit or debit card provided at checkout for any fees arising under these Terms, including but not limited to late fees, replacement fees, and cancellation fees. Card information is stored and processed securely through BinGo's payment processor and is not retained by BinGo directly.
